First, we will talk by phone to talk about your interest in counseling and see if we might work well together. This brief 15-20 minute call is complementary. If we both agree to move forward, we can schedule an initial visit. Before our first meeting, I will send you a link to register with a privacy protected tele-health platform. Here, you will find all the forms to review & complete before we get started. I can help you each step of the way.

My rate is $155/55 minute session and $215/85 minute session.

I do not bill insurance at this time. But you may request reimbursement from your insurance company for "out of network" services. Let's talk more about this process together.

I offer tele-health sessions to clients that are physically located in Washington state and/or Idaho. I primarily use a HIPAA compliant version of Zoom for this purpose.
